Campus Service Coordinator | Gilbert | Part-time

Position Status: Part-time

Position Summary:

The Campus Service Coordinator oversees, schedules, instructs and encourages production volunteer teams in the execution of weekend services and other events at assigned campus(es). This position works closely with other creative team members and builds and maintains strong working relationships with Facility and IT teams for seamless service productions.In all actions, reflects the SVCC team leadership distinctives.  


This position is 20 hours per week. 

Essential Functions:


  1. Manage the scheduling of production volunteers for all weekend services
  2. Recruit, train, and develop new volunteers for production systems
  3. Recruit, train, assign and coordinate stage managers and stagehands
  4. Provide care and encouragement for volunteers
  5. Plan, manage and host multiple team nights for campus production volunteers
  6. Call and run PCO Live at all weekend services, or may train and designate volunteer(s) for these functions
  7. Communicate weekend service details to programming and production staff
  8. If assigned to Gilbert campus, prepare weekend report/updates for other campuses regarding changes made at Gilbert on Saturday nights
  9. Regular attendance and participation in production meetings
  10. Prepare for and attend annual campus staff and budget retreats

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of live production and MAC operating systems
  • Previous experience managing people, processes and procedures
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and character consistent with the Biblical requirements for church leadership
  • Self-motivated, self-directed requiring minimal supervision
  • Ability to recruit, develop, lead and motivate team of volunteers
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organizational skills with eye toward excellence
  • Agrees and aligns with the vision, values, pathway, leadership distinctives, and doctrinal statement of SVCC

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of related experience in a multi-site church setting of over 2000 members/attendees
