POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical & Audio Coordinator serves as the primary production resource for ministry events and supports the execution of weekend services at assigned campus(es). This position supports volunteer training on AVL systems, and ensures consistent, high-quality technical support for various areas of ministry. In all actions, this position reflects the SVCC team leadership distinctives.

This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide guidance and hands-on support for AVL needs across ministry events, including Kids, Students, Groups, Celebrate Recovery, weddings, funerals, and other campus gatherings.

Facilitate ongoing training and hands-on coaching to ensure AVL systems and equipment remain operational, accessible, and user-friendly for ministry teams.

Act as a bridge between campus ministries and the Central Production Team, ensuring alignment with church-wide standards, processes, and goals.

Participate in the implementation of Central Production initiatives and projects.

Serve to backfill production needs at the Broadcast campus and other campuses as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, and other training/certifications that have equipped them for the duties of the role.
Two years of experience in production, including thorough knowledge of use of computers, automated lighting, sound, and video, including ProPresenter, Ableton Live, and digital audio consoles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrates spiritual maturity and character consistent with the Biblical requirements for church leadership.
Effective relational communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated, self-directed requiring minimal supervision.
Ability to implement and drive projects and strategies through to completion.
Creativity and problem-solving skills
Teamwork orientation with ability to train and motivate others.
Agrees and aligns with the mission, vision, leadership distinctives, and doctrinal statement of SVCC.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Three years of related experience
Experience with DiGiCo consoles, KLANG in-ear monitoring, Dante Networking, MA lighting soles, and ROSS switchers.
