The Campus Coordinator supports the mission of Sun Valley Community Church (SVCC) by providing administrative support for the staff at assigned campus. May oversee Guest Services, depending on campus size. In all actions, reflects the SVCC team leadership distinctives.
This position is part-time at 25 hours per week.
Assist Campus Pastor in reproducing and advancing the SVCC culture, ministry best practices, and systems at assigned campus
Provide administrative support to the Campus Pastor and staff. Performs duties such as typing, filing, scheduling, record keeping, obtaining supplies, and working on special projects
Oversee the Church Management Software and metrics for assigned campus
Manage the office and receptionist during the week, if applicable – dependent upon campus size
Oversee the offering counting team, check scanning and deposits
Manage the weekly scheduling of volunteers through SVCC database application(s)
Provide weekend leadership to Guest Services, if applicable – dependent upon campus size, including Parking, New Here Start Here, Greeters, Ushers, Info Center, Volunteer Central, and Coffee Shops. Regularly meet with team leaders and other volunteers to cast vision, train and build relationships, coordinate new guest follow up and connection to Starting Point, order and maintain inventory of supplies, and develop and manage departmental budget
Three years of full-time related experience in a multi-site church setting of over 2000 members/attendees
